Trivora Insurance launches Trivora Tech E&O, a professional liability product built for software, SaaS, and IT services businesses, alongside a new AI exposure supplemental.

New York City, NY — Trivora Insurance, a technology-forward managing general agency (MGA) specializing in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) cyber insurance and related risks, today announced the launch of Trivora Tech E&O, a professional liability product built for software, SaaS, and IT services businesses with up to $250 million in revenue.

Trivora’s Technology Errors & Omissions offering builds upon the company’s established expertise serving technology-focused businesses. While Cyber and Tech E&O address distinct risks, both require a deep understanding of technology companies, their products, services, customers, and contractual obligations. By leveraging existing underwriting knowledge and industry specialization, Trivora can deliver a thoughtful and efficient Tech E&O offering through the same team and process brokers already know and trust.

“Brokers are facing increasingly complex cyber and professional liability risks. Trivora’s combined Cyber and Tech E&O offering provides a more efficient placement experience and a more complete solution for technology-focused clients. Tech E&O is a natural extension of our existing technology and underwriting expertise, allowing us to deliver a broader solution to the clients and brokers we already serve.”

Farhan Shah · Founder and CEO of Trivora Insurance

“This moment represents a inflection point in the evolution of Trivora. By adding Tech E&O to our arsenal, we unlock a new channel with our brokers to offer broader coverage to their clients. With our tip-of-the-spear approach to addressing artificial intelligence head-on, we are leading the charge to ensure that this emerging technology is properly addressed in an affirmative way.”

Tom McGill · SVP of Cyber Underwriting and Distribution

As part of the launch, Trivora is introducing an AI exposure supplemental that helps underwriters better understand how each insured uses AI, enabling more precise coverage tailored to real-world exposure. For brokers, the benefit is fewer submissions, fewer handoffs, and a single underwriter accountable for the full technology risk. Quoting is powered by VORA, Trivora’s proprietary AI platform for submission triage, portfolio analytics, and sanctions screening, allowing underwriters to spend less time on administration and more time on judgment, structure, and relationships.

“Technology is not the product, it is the enabler. The goal is to give brokers better terms, clearer pricing, and a faster answer on more of their client’s exposure—without asking them to change how they work with us.”

Farhan Shah · Founder and CEO of Trivora Insurance

Tech E&O is available now through Trivora’s wholesale broker partners, written as a shared-limit endorsement to Trivora Cyber with combined capacity of up to $5 million aggregate across both coverages, underwritten on A-plus XV-rated paper. Brokers can submit through their existing Trivora underwriting contact, no separate application is required.
